>Well, another Christmas has come and gone. So what do we have to show for it and what are we thankful for? I for one am thankful that I am still alive and well to see Christmas. Since Mommy has passed on, I was not in the mood for an all out celebration so the day before Christmas eve I actually got nipped by the holiday bug and minimally decorated my home simply by just setting the dinner table with the red and green table stuff I had – no actual biggie but Pappi loved it and was glad to see that I was beginning to glimpse some kind of holiday mood. I am glad that I could put a smile on his face but I thought of Mommy the whole time and yes, I still do miss her a whole lot.
